Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page.

I am doing this run for so many reasons, the main one is bacause I have had close people devestated by this disease.

Please look at this lovely face of mine, and whether you sponsor me £1 or £100 it doesn't matter. By simply wanting to donate some money to this cause shows that you care.

If you would rather not give your credit card details online, then just give me the cash or cheque and I will make the online payment for you.

Finally, I have never run 10K before, so I am now officially in training so that I can finish the race.
