Hi All,

As most of you know,I have wanted to run a 10k for a while, and set myself a target of Oct 2009 to complete one, so here I am doing it for a worthy cause. I would really appreciate your help to spur me on, so whatever you can manage would be much appreciated.

Will let you see pics of me in action afterward - 2010 my goal is a half marathon!!!
