Hi,

I have never run more than half this distance before and haven't exactly been a gym rat since Izzy was born. I have no idea why I have decided that I want to do a 10k run but I suppose if it raises a bit of cash for cancer research then I might be able to justify it to myself afterwards. Assuming it doesn't kill me.

Please give generously, good cause blah blah blah etc
