My personal message:

Hi Everyone

After going from LazyMum to 5k last year, I thought I'd challenge myself by running 10K this year.  It's still a few months away so I don't feel too worried yet! However, I don't think I'm much of a long distance runner, so I expect this is the furthest I'll attempt!

So I would really appreciate you sponsoring me, to help give me the encouragement I need to keep training (when Angus has woken me up at some ungodly hour and all I want to do is sleep) and make sure I run round in a not-too-embarrassing time!  It all adds up so however small an amount you can manage would be very much appreciated.
