My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I've walked 10k for charity three times - in 2007, 2008 and 2009 - and now it's time to run 10k!

I'm doing this as a personal challenge, for fun, and because a work colleague has encouraged me/challenged me to take part - we'll see, Paul!

I managed to run 10k in 57 minutes - which was within my target of 'less than an hour'. Let's see where we go from here!
