My personal message:

Dear family and friends, On 13th September James and Nuala will be running a 10k race at Heaton Park, Cheshire in order to raise money for Cancer research. This is a charity that is close to our hearts, as like many people we have both been affected directly by Cancer. Nuala will be running in memory of her Uncle Rory and James will be running for his Mum, Sue. We have set a target of £500 between us, but hope that we can break that target and make as much money as possible for this great charity. We are both in training now and hope to do the race in great time!! All our love, James and Nuala XXX
