My personal message:

Hi!

In true Fi Harvie style, I have been training to run the 10K round Tatton Park on Saturday (yes, this one) for months now, but only now have I got round to setting up my sponsorship site.... mmmm, how much can you raise in one day???

Nevertheless, even 50p will make a difference.

I regularly work with patients who are suffering with cancer and know that they greatly benefit from the work that Cancer Research UK do. I will be making a donation myself and would really really appreciate anything that you care to give to make me more determined to finish the run - which, believe me, will hurt me - a lot - I am not the fit young thing I used to be.
