My personal message:

I know I do this every year, either 5Km or 10Km, This year it's 10...and it's going to be a huge challenge for me as I've not run in 2 years!

My Mum and Mother in Law are both Cancer Survivors but MIL has had a scare the other week and we're just waiting for some tests...I was feeling very powerless so figured, what could I do...I'll run. Please dig deep (I know times are hard!) so we can find a cure for this terrible disease!
