(Please note this page stops taking donations on 7 December 2008.) Welcome to my Run10k Fundraising Page For further information, please follow the links on this page. Oh me poor old aching legs - I was so glad to see that finishing line (01:34:10) as them steep hills seemed more like mountains to me!! I have until 7 December to raise as much as I can for this amazing charity, so please reward me for my efforts by sponsoring me today. Your donation, however small, really will make a HUGE difference. Thank you so much everyone for your kind support Claire x Together we will beat cancer Having financially exhausted everyone we know for Race for Life 2008, it would still be great to raise a little more for this essential charity. For those of you who do not know me, my eldest granddaughter, Bonnie (aged 8) remains firmly in remission from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. To have her run round with me at Race for Life was such an honour - I shall never forget that day - I am so so proud of her!! I am eternally thankful to Cancer Research UK (their lifesaving research and trial for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia) and taking part in Run10k is my way of giving something back to them. So PLEASE SPONSOR ME NOW and help more people survive cancer. Please feel free to honour a loved one with your pledge. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. Your donation will go direct to Cancer Research UK and you can donate from anywhere in the world, how clever is that!! Don't forget to tick the giftaid box if you are a UK taxpayer, as at least 25% will be added to your donation at no extra cost to you. If you know of anyone kind enough to sponsor me, please take a moment to forward the link to my fundraising page on to them in an email - ooh I am cheeky!!
